Atlas Cove
Lisa and Tom Wuerden at the quinta

Who’s behind this

The people behind the proof.

Two hosts who lead every cohort themselves, three specialists on site all week, and the partners who hold the standard.

The founders

Built by two. Hosted by the same two.

Atlas Cove is founder-led and founder-hosted. Lisa and Tom are at the quinta for every cohort, at the long table every evening.

Portrait of Lisa Wuerden

Lisa Wuerden

Co-founder

Lisa came to longevity from outside it, obsessed with one question: why people who know what is good for them so rarely do it. Atlas Cove is her answer, built around the idea that how we think and feel shapes not just our days but our cells.

Tom Wuerden

Co-founder

Tom is an engineer who became an Ironman, and the person friends call when they want to actually change how they eat, sleep or train. Precision Nutrition certified in coaching and in sleep, stress and recovery, he keeps the week grounded in what the body can measurably do.

Lisa and Tom grew up around Lake Constance, in one of Europe’s densest clusters of clinics, where health was something you went to repair, never something you built ahead of time. Atlas Cove is the other way round. Both built international careers, Lisa in commercial leadership, Tom in operations, finance and Ironman racing, before coming back to the same gap: longevity is full of science and short on places that actually do it.

On site, all week

Five people. One guest list.

Your two hosts and three specialists, working as one team across the whole cohort, with the back-of-house team behind them. Your week is their whole job.

Chef · Nourish/Nosh

Trained in the Michelin world (Rutz, Hugo’s, Vienna’s Das Loft) before going looking for food that is both beautiful and genuinely good for you. At Atlas Cove he designs every meal: vegetable-forward, generous with protein, grown locally, so you leave the week better than you arrived.

Vera Rodrigues

Yoga teacher & clinical psychologist

A rare teacher who spends the other half of her week in a clinical psychology practice, treating mental and physical health as one. Her sessions weave movement, breath and nervous-system regulation, and she is often who guests end up talking to about what they did not plan to raise.

Massage therapist

Sixteen years at the Ritz Four Seasons in Lisbon taught her hands to read a body in the first minute. Deep-tissue and recovery work, lymphatic drainage and reflexology with natural aromatherapy oils; the one most guests rebook before they leave.

The system

The same five people, all week.
No rotations, no locums, no handoffs.

One method guides all six: your day-one assessment becomes one protocol, built together, overnight. They plan your week together each evening, and for members, they are still on your numbers a year later. Not six freelancers. One system, one guest list.

Named partners

A small, named partner team.

Four trusted operators cover the venue, food, sauna and clinical layers. Each chosen for what they do best. No sponsorships, no product placement.

Don't just take our word for it

What struck me was how genuine it all felt. Lisa and her brother run the whole thing with real professionalism, attention to every detail, but you can tell they're doing it for the right reasons, and that comes through in the care. The energy was warm and connecting; the prepared questions helped us open up and be a little vulnerable with each other. I came for the approach, measured, evidence-led, good food, like-minded people, and left more motivated, clearer on my priorities, and paying daily attention to what actually gives me energy.
