every session is placed where the sun, and your biology, want it. every effort is met with rest, because rest is where the body grows.
the four chapters of the residency. the first three take six days; the fourth begins with a month of guided return, included, and continues by membership.
One system

Your day-one assessment becomes one protocol: the right stressors at the right hours, met with the right rest, re-measured before you leave. Every hour of it is grounded in published science, and every evening it is adjusted to your numbers.

Lisa and Tom Wuerden built Atlas Cove and host every cohort themselves. You will know them by the first dinner.

The three specialists
A chef, a yoga teacher and clinical psychologist, and a massage therapist, beside your hosts all week. The same faces throughout, close enough to know your name and your numbers.

People with full lives and the same intention: to act, at last, on what they know. Every application is read for fit, so the table is good company by design.
Past cohorts have been small, varied, and quietly serious about the work.

The Return
The week ends.
The change doesn’t.
You fly home with your protocol, your numbers, and the team still on them for a month, included. Those who wish to continue are invited into the Atlas Cove Membership: the year-round house, with your team, your numbers and your return residencies in it.

Ten rooms, one cohort, arriving and leaving together. Apply with a preferred month; your place is confirmed on the fit call.

Each residency is all-in: the six days, your room, every meal, your specialists, and The Return, your first month back home.
Apply to either cohort now. November places are confirmed as booking opens, in application order. A confirmed place can move once to a later cohort, up to 45 days before arrival.
