Atlas Cove is a longevity residency and health intelligence platform based in Lisbon, founded in 2026 by Lisa and Tom Wuerden. At a private quinta near Sesimbra, an hour south of the city, guests are measured on arrival, follow a protocol built overnight from their own numbers, and are measured again before they fly home. The first cohorts run six days with ten rooms; the format develops from there. Both founders and three specialists are on site all week. The month after the stay is included, and guest health data stays on the company’s own servers in the European Union.

Lisa Wuerden
Co-founder and CEO
Lisa Wuerden is co-founder and CEO of Atlas Cove. An economist and operator who built her career in tech, she worked up the plan for a luxury longevity clinic of her own and then called it off. Atlas Cove is what she built instead. She writes monthly essays at atlascove.substack.com.

Tom Wuerden
Co-founder and CFO
Tom Wuerden is co-founder and CFO of Atlas Cove. An engineer who came out of tech, he runs operations and product: the measurement stack, the protocol logic, and Atlas Capacity, where a guest's numbers live between stays. An Ironman finisher, he hosts every cohort himself.
The three specialists who are on site for the whole week are introduced on who’s behind this. For interview requests with either founder, write to us below.
