Who it's for
Doers, not escapers.
A straight account of the week, so the right person applies and the wrong one books somewhere lovelier.
You may recognise these
Four portraits of the drift.
The ring you stopped opening
Three years of sleep scores. You could chart the decline by quarter. Nothing changed except the app you check it in.
The January protocol
Built on the 2nd. Perfect for eleven days. Dead by a Tuesday that was nobody’s fault. Not a discipline problem, a design problem.
The body you negotiate with
The stiffness you plan around. The stairs you take differently now. Not illness, not yet. Drift. It compounds quietly, and it is reversible.
The well-read patient
You can cite zone two, protein targets and morning light over dinner. Your numbers have never heard of any of it.
the drift ends the day you decide it does.
The enemy
The enemy isn't ignorance.
It's the drift.
You already know what to do. Everyone does. The enemy is the quiet gap between the person who reads about health and the person who lives it. You do not need years of data to see it. It is in the stairs you take differently, the sleep that repairs less, the strength that quietly asks for more notice. It never announces itself. It just compounds. A year of it is invisible. Ten years of it is a different life. Caught at the first signs, it is also the most reversible thing about you.
There are three kinds of health retreat.
Diagnose & optimise
The clinics. Exhaustive scans, another report, a plan you take home alone.
Rest & feel
The retreats. A beautiful pause that fades by the second Tuesday home.
Build & restore.
Atlas Cove. You do the work with us, rest as deeply as you train, and leave recharged and measurably stronger, with proof.
We don’t diagnose. And there is real rest here: heat, quiet, long tables, protected sleep. The difference is that the rest answers the work. We close the gap between what you know and what you do, and we are judged on your numbers.
the drift ends the day you decide it does.
The straight split
So — is this you?
The doer
- ·Ready to act on their health, with or without years of data
- ·Has noticed the first signs of age and wants guidance, not another report
- ·Will train every day, at their level, and be measured
- ·Wants the year after to look different
- ·Comfortable being one of a small cohort, known by name
The escaper
- ·Wants only a pause, with nothing asked of them at all
- ·Prefers treatments done to them over work to do
- ·Hopes the week will fix things by itself
- ·Would rather not know the numbers
Wanting to relax does not put you in the second column. There is more deep rest in this week than in most holidays: heat, quiet, long tables, protected sleep. The difference is that here the rest answers the work, and you leave recharged as well as stronger.
The intensity, straight
You will train every day, at your level, never past it. You will be measured, and you will rest more deeply than you have in years. It is demanding, and it is kind. You leave recharged, not wrung out.
Nothing here is one size fits all. Your dose is set from your own day-one numbers, adjusted daily, and every demanding morning is answered with real rest.
The work
someone is expecting you at 07:30, by name.

Discretion
Ten rooms, first names, and nothing shared. Who you are outside the quinta stays outside. And applying commits you to nothing but a conversation about fit, in both directions.
Don't just take our word for it

Sonja H. · 60+
“The menopause is behind me, but I could feel muscle and strength fading, and Hashimoto's makes every transition harder. I came in unsure. The strength training and the yoga were what stayed with me, I've genuinely started training again. I'd tell anyone who takes their health seriously: don't assume it's too late. It isn't.”
we don’t take everyone.
