Who We Are

From Lake Constance to the Costa Azul

Lisa and Tom, siblings and co-founders, grew up around Lake Constance in southern Germany, surrounded by one of Europe’s most concentrated health-clinic regions. That proximity to Kliniken and Reha-centres shaped how they saw the world early on: health was something people came to repair, not something they built proactively. They came to believe health needed to be reframed as something you actively create and maintain, not just recover from.

Both left southern Germany and built international careers. Lisa moved into commercial leadership, scaling businesses across Europe. Tom went into operations and finance across five European countries, competing as an Ironman and hybrid athlete.

Years later, the two kept circling the same frustration: the longevity space was full of science and short on infrastructure. Plenty of research on how to live longer, but nowhere that actually built the systems to make it happen. No place that combined clinical-grade measurement, structured programming, and long-term accountability under one roof.

Atlas Cove was born from that gap. Not as a wellness brand, but as infrastructure for primary prevention, built by people who train every day, not by people who talk about it.
