we started Atlas Cove because the wellness world is long on promises and short on infrastructure. health shouldn’t be a once-a-year escape. it should be a system that works every day.
how it began
from Lake Constance to the Arrábida
Atlas Cove began with a frustration we couldn’t shake: the people who know exactly how to live longer are so often the ones who can’t get themselves to do it.
Lisa and Tom grew up around Lake Constance, in one of Europe’s densest clusters of clinics. they learned early that health, where they’re from, was something you went to repair, never something you built ahead of time. Atlas Cove is the other way round. a place to build it, before anything breaks.
both built international careers, Lisa in commercial leadership, Tom in operations and finance across five countries, racing as an Ironman. then they came back to the same gap: longevity is full of science and short on places that actually do it.

The Spark
Lisa and Tom identify the gap between wellness retreats and actual health infrastructure. The idea for Atlas Cove is born.

Founded
Atlas Cove is officially founded with a mission to make longevity accessible through structured residential stays.

Residency Opens
The full residency opens its doors. Structured 3 to 14 night stays with year-round membership continuity. The exact timing depends on build-out progress.
