Atlas Cove is currently in a pre-launch phase and is not yet incorporated. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit our website, join our email list/waitlist, or contact us.

1) WHO CONTROLS YOUR DATA (DATA CONTROLLER)

Depending on what you submit, we may collect:

• Contact details: name (optional), email address (required), phone number (optional)

• Preferences (optional): preferred location, preferred dates, stay length, “joining as…”, and general interests

• Communications: messages you send us via forms or email

When you use our website, we may collect:

• Security/diagnostic logs

C) Wellbeing / health-related information (only if you choose to share it)

If you choose to share wellbeing goals (e.g., sleep, stress, fitness, recovery, metabolic goals) to help us tailor communications or future offerings, this may be treated as “data concerning health” under EU law. Please do not provide medical records or urgent medical information via the website.

Atlas Cove is not an emergency or acute-care medical provider. If, in the future, you engage with external licensed clinics, those providers will operate under their own professional responsibility and privacy information.

3) WHY WE USE YOUR DATA (PURPOSES)

We use personal data to:

• Add you to the email list/waitlist and send updates you request (e.g., openings, founding cohort dates, early pricing, and related news)
