Privacy policy.
Last updated: 03 February 2026
Atlas Cove is currently in a pre-launch phase and is not yet incorporated. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit our website, join our email list/waitlist, or contact us.
1) WHO CONTROLS YOUR DATA (DATA CONTROLLER)
Until Atlas Cove is incorporated, the data controller is:
Lisa Maximiliane Wuerden (founder/operator of “Atlas Cove”)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Postal address: We do not publish a street address during pre-launch. If you need a postal address for formal correspondence, contact us at legal@atlascove.health and we will provide an appropriate mailing address.
Once Atlas Cove is incorporated, the incorporated entity will become the controller for future processing, and we will update this page with the new controller details.
2) WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
A) Data you provide
Depending on what you submit, we may collect:
• Contact details: name (optional), email address (required), phone number (optional)

B) Data collected automatically
When you use our website, we may collect:
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser type, pages visited, referral source

• Cookie/analytics data (only if enabled; see Cookies section)
C) Wellbeing / health-related information (only if you choose to share it)
If you choose to share wellbeing goals (e.g., sleep, stress, fitness, recovery, metabolic goals) to help us tailor communications or future offerings, this may be treated as “data concerning health” under EU law. Please do not provide medical records or urgent medical information via the website.
Atlas Cove is not an emergency or acute-care medical provider. If, in the future, you engage with external licensed clinics, those providers will operate under their own professional responsibility and privacy information.
3) WHY WE USE YOUR DATA (PURPOSES)
We use personal data to:

Wellbeing/health-related information:
Where wellbeing/health-related information is processed, we will rely on explicit consent where required. You can withdraw consent at any time.
