# Atlas Cove

> A longevity retreat on Portugal's Arrábida coast, built on primary prevention: six measured days at a private quinta near Sesimbra, then a membership that holds the gains. Ten rooms, one cohort a month.

## What we are

Atlas Cove runs a six-day residency that measures your baseline on day one, builds a personal protocol overnight, has you implement it across the week, and re-measures before you leave. The first month afterwards (The Return) is included with every stay; an invitation-only membership carries it through the year. The on-site team is two founder-hosts (Lisa and Tom Wuerden) plus three specialists.

The site is published in five languages: English (/en/…), German (/de/…), Portuguese (/pt/…), Spanish (/es/…) and French (/fr/…). English is the canonical reference version.

## Editorial principles

- **Health, not healthcare**: we do not diagnose or treat disease. We measure markers you can move and help you move them. We do not replace your physician.
- **Evidence over slogans**: programmes draw on published longevity, exercise-physiology and chronobiology research.
- **Privacy by design**: special-category health data is processed only on explicit consent (Art. 9 GDPR) and never leaves our own infrastructure. No cloud AI receives raw health data.

## Key facts

- Format: a six-day residency, ten rooms, one cohort a month, arriving and leaving together.
- Next cohort: 7 to 12 November 2026 (applications open). The September 2026 cohort (1 to 6 September) is sold out.
- Pricing: from €3,000 per guest for the November 2026 cohort, all inclusive: room, all meals, transfer from Lisbon, the assessment and re-measure, every session, and the first month of The Return. The exact figure depends on the room; two guests travelling together save €500 in total (companion rate).
- Booking: application first, then a fit call. A 20% deposit reserves the room; full refund 60 or more days before the start; the balance is due 45 days before arrival, payable in full or in Klarna instalments.
- Languages: the residency runs in English and German; Portuguese is available through some coaches and specialists.
- Guests are 18 and over. Every guest is medically screened before the work begins.
- Location: a private quinta near Sesimbra, district of Setúbal, Portugal, inside the Serra da Arrábida natural park, about one hour south of Lisbon airport.
